Greetings, I am pleased to be a part of the "Can't Fake The Shake" team and the philosophy it represents. I am a graduate of San Diego State University with a Master's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation. I have been employed with the State of California for over 20 years in the field of assisting people in many ways. I have served as a peace officer, a rehabilitation counselor, a vocational rehabilitation counselor, and a college instructor. I have also coached both men and women in a variety of sports including basketball and softball. I am a certified personal trainer and have been participating in this field for over 10 years. My passion is in helping others achieve their goals and providing others the tools (i.e. positive thinking, and a strong mindset) to obtain their goals on their own. I also enjoy helping people understand that many things are available to them if they believe in themselves which starts within. Having a strong mindset and a belief in yourself is part of the "Can't Fake The Shake" philosophy that encompasses all that I believe in and strive to achieve in everyday life.

An opportunity to walk this journey with others is a pleasure and I look forward to sharing this journey with many people.

I am pleased and excited to be a part of the "Can't Fake The Shake" team. We are promoting a positive message of self improvement and forward thinking. We encourage others to strive for success by using the tools that are found from within them. I am a five year veteran of the United States Marine Corps where I learned how to search myself to find the tools needed to accomplish goals and complete tasks that may have seemed larger than what is was capable of handling at the start. I was an amateur boxer from the age of nine. I learned the benefit of self discipline and dedication in the face of intense opposition. I won the California state Golden Glove light heavyweight title in 1996. I became a certified personal trainer and boxing coach. I have been doing this for more than a decade. I have a YouTube channel that is a series of short videos in boxing instructions. These videos are viewed and commented on from countries all over the globe. I get great pleasure in helping others achieve their personal fitness goals and improve their skill level. I also help to strengthen their minds and will to succeed in the process. Can't Fake The Shake was developed as a tool to extend our training methods and it has expanded into so much more. The philosophy can be applied in almost any aspect of life. I truly feel that we are only scratching the surface.
